On the grounds of the estancias (extensive farmland), there are many miles of the shore of the mythical Rio Grande, world famous for being one of the best destinations for fishing migratory or anadromous trout, a species also known by the name of “Sea Run Brown Trout”.

In the infinity of pools and riffles you can catch resident brown trout with a maximum average of 2 kilos and Sea Run Brown Trout up to 10 kilos. Apart from the access to the Rio Grande, there are also other many options, such as various lakes, lagoons and the Azopardo, Rassmusen, Zapata, Japan rivers and the confluence of Blanco river, among others, where it is possible to fish for wild resident brown, rainbow and brook trout in an incomparable atmosphere.

This zone requires expert guides and a good rest, so we recommend a cozy lodge, like the ones we have as partners. Prime level local food is offered, with an unmissable "asado" of Magellan lamb and king crab as appetizer. Of course specialized guides, 4x4 vehicles, comfort and convenience for a better and personalized service.  This place is, without a doubt, a must-see for  fishermen, photographers and lovers of natural life in its purest and most extreme condition.
There are packages from 4 days for 4 fishermen. We advise a whole week (saturday to saturday) for a better experience. This includes all top-notch food and drinks, guides, drift boat, fishing gear, rods, lines, reels, and wading gear (shoes, waders, and jackets) included. Heli fishing at request, as an extra package available.
