The Yelcho Lake and its drainage is a place of very good fishing, as well as the Yelcho River, beautiful water course, with large trout, and even larger Chinook Salmon that are found there. In this area there are also several lagoons and lakes of very good quality and low pressure.
The unique environment and the low fishing pressure make the place a very good alternative for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and really disconnect. Here you can find fishing places that will also give you abundant fishing and in many of them large pieces. Everything described is done in floats, and on some sides, with a motor, where it is required to have a good guide and a place for a good rest.
Access is somewhat more distant, since it can be reached by land in 6 hours from Puerto Montt or take a plane to Chaitén and then an hour by land.
